Dr. Jay Bhatt

Dr. Jay Bhatt is an internal medicine physician, an instructor at the University of Illinois School of Public Health, and an ABC News contributor. Dr. Bhatt is a recognized thought leader and widely quoted expert in public health, epidemics and preparedness. His innovative programs have helped hospitals deliver safer care and informed government policies that impact the health of communities. Dr. Bhatt been published in Academic Medicine, Annals of Internal Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association, and has spoken at South by Southwest, the National Academy of Medicine, and the Aspen Ideas Festival.

Dr. Charles Gerba

Popularly known as “Dr. Germ,” Dr. Charles Gerba is a professor in the Department Environmental Science & the Department of Environmental and Community Health at the University of Arizona. He has authored more than 500 peer-reviewed articles and several books on environmental microbiology and risk assessment, with current research into novel prediction and detection technologies for the control of coronavirus. Dr. Gerba is a fellow of the American Academy of Microbiology, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the International Water Association.
